Whipped Goat Cheese with Wild Lingonberry Sauce

Ingredients
Serves 4-6
4 oz. goat cheese, at room temperature
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp. Agave
Salt & black pepper to taste
¼ cup Darbo wild lingonberry sauce
Preparation
In a medium bowl, whip the goat cheese and heavy cream for one minute. Stir in the agave and add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate the whipped goat cheese for at least 1 hour. Top with the wild lingonberry sauce. Garnish with olive oil and fresh mint.
