With Tagtraum – the new fruit mousse from Darbo

A quick break, a moment in time to forget your cares... and to try Darbo’s latest sensational taste creation! After a long developmental phase, we are proud to announce the launch of new Darbo Tagtraum, a spoonable, creamy-fruit dessert obtainable in the refrigerated section from September 2017.

Available in three delicious varieties, these desserts taste as fantastic as they look. Select fruits combined with coconut extract unite to produce a fine, creamy texture that becomes a soft fruit cream when stirred slowly. Only the most select fruits are capable of lending Darbo Tagtraum varieties the best, most intense flavours. While chocolate mousse, tiramisu, pudding and the like often contain dairy, the new airy-light desserts from Darbo are ideal for vegans and those who are lactose intolerant.

The colourful, eye-catching fruit-flavour combinations strawberry-raspberry, forest berries and mango-passion fruit, invite you to daydream in the refrigerated section. Lovingly created, playful and characteristic, each specially created 90 g jar of Darbo Tagtraum is like a small gift. These three speciality desserts will be available in refrigerated sections in all well-stocked food retailers throughout Austria from fall 2017.
