BLACKCURRANT PUNCH

Ingredients

500 ml apple juice

1 large shot of Darbo blackcurrant syrup – you can vary this amount to taste

1 cinnamon stick

Star anise

Cloves

1 shot of brown rum (optional)


Preparation

Place all ingredients (except the rum) in a large pan and bring to the boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the rum right at the end.

Enjoy the blackcurrant punch hot or cold. Decorate the punch with fresh berries and star anise before serving.
